Any information is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by any other third parties.

Our prices
The prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling, no VAT is added as Tam O’ Shanter Crystal Glass & Awards is not VAT registered. Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made by fax, post, telephone or online using secure server Paypal. Cheques payment require clearance from the bank prior to your order being processed

Returns
If you are not happy with the goods ordered, please return in perfect condition for a refund, standard - stock items only. Carriage remains the liability of the customer. Refunds do not apply to goods which have been engraved/personalised.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of a product being damage during delivery or faulty on arrival, please inform us immediately and retain the product in its original packaging. We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation. In the event of damaged caused by neglect, accident and misuse by you no claim will be entertained

Delivery
Delivery subject to availability, usually 2 - 3 day delivery.  Please e-mail alternative address (i.e. neighbours) if you are not available to accept and sign delivery.Gefco will attempt to delivery once, re-attempt once again the day after, failing to delivery will incur a charge of £4 payable by customer

Some products might take up to 28 days if we are out of stock. We will make every effort to keep you informed on stock availability and delivery times

Security
All tamoshanter-crystal.com transactions are carried out via Paypal. The Paypal payment gateway uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data, protecting both the retailers and their shoppers, alike can have confidence that nobody can impersonate Paypal to obtain confidential information.

Personalized items
It is important that the customer obtains the permission of the owner of the copyright (and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world) for any wording or images before submitting them.  By submitting wording or images the customer is permitting tamoshanter-crystal.com to use them.

All information must be checked i.e. Spelling, Dates, Inscriptions. We will only carry out engravings after authorisation.
